I am happy to recommend Bookio to other restaurants. I don't see any real competition on the Czech market for restaurant reservation systems at the moment.

Our hotel was one of the first hotels that started using the Bookio system for sales, but also as a hotel reservation system for wellness procedures. The Bookio reservation system made our reservations more transparent and facilitated and modernized work in our new wellness center of the hotel. Bookio helped especially with regard to the timing of the procedures, as our hotel offers a wide range of them. Customers call less and book the service directly online. We have fewer phone calls and customers are satisfied that they can make a reservation at any time of the day or night. We also appreciate the possibility of payment in advance , which brought us a decrease in forfeited reservations.

The implementation of the Bookio reservation system in our operation has helped us greatly to with the management of bookings - it is more efficient, it saves our time and it has helped us optimize our capacities, as in a restaurant, as well as in the accommodation. We are very pleased with the system, but also with customer support - the Bookio team is always willing to help and solve our problems.

Our company decided to work with this booking system about two years ago. We have more than 3,000 clients and a total of 5 employees who depend on a properly functioning booking system. The advantage of the booking system is that it is possible to view each of us either separately or together, or a combination of staff according to the needs and requirements of the clients. The reservation system is connected to the SMS gateway which allows us to automatically remind the client about the appointment either by a short text message to their mobile phone or by email.
